Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Lila Resort. A reservation is considered confirmed only once the required payment, deposit or written confirmation has been received according to the booking terms.

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in and check-out times will be confirmed at the time of booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Boat Transfers

Lila Resort is accessible by boat from Sihanoukville Port. Boat transfers are subject to sea conditions, weather, operational schedule and safety assessment. Transfer times must follow the official Lila Resort transfer schedule and be confirmed with the reservation team.

The resort reserves the right to adjust, delay or reschedule boat transfers where required for guest safety.

Weather and Sea Conditions

As Lila Resort is located on a private island, weather and sea conditions may affect travel, activities and certain experiences. The resort will make reasonable efforts to support guests, but safety remains the priority.

Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to respect the island environment, resort facilities, other guests and team members. Any damage caused to resort property may be charged to the guest.

Environmental Responsibility

Guests are asked to support the resort’s environmental practices, including responsible waste separation, careful use of water and energy, and respect for marine and island ecosystems.

Smoking

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking inside rooms, villas or restricted areas may result in cleaning charges or penalties.

Pets

Pet policy to be confirmed by management. Please contact our reservations team prior to booking if you intend to travel with a pet.

Children and Families

Children are welcome, subject to room type, safety considerations and booking conditions. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times, especially near water, pools, beach areas, jetties and boats.
